Mangalore: Congress Expels Four Including Gowda, Ibrahim

Mangalore, May 12: Close on the heels of BJP showing the door to five of its former party members for indulging in anti-party activities, Congress too has booted four of its members for similar reasons.

In a press release, the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) stated that two-time MLA from Beltangady K Gangadhar Gowda, former Vittal MLA K M Ibrahim, Nalini Lokappa Gowda of Puttur and S V Amin of Suratkal have been expelled for carrying out anti-party activities.

KPCC alleged in the press release that the four had been indulged in activities against the party for over a year and had even been hobnobbing with rival parties.

    The right decision is taken by the KPCC as they are not respecting the party, these both people do not need party or people but only power, this is the reason they have gone against the party. They will never succeed in their attempt.
