Yeddyurappa's wings clipped, Santhosh takes charge of Karnataka BJP

Bengaluru, Aug 27 (Deccan Chronicle): The BJP’s state president B.S.Yeddyurappa may be its Chief Ministerial candidate, but he seems to be losing out to party national joint secretary, Santhosh in organisational matters with the latter having been entrusted with the job of strengthening the party from the grassroots upwards in the run-up to the coming assembly polls.

BJP national president Amit Shah, who held a core committee meeting of the Karnataka unit of the party in Delhi on Saturday, reportedly instructed all state leaders, including Yeddyurappa to coordinate and cooperate with Santhosh to strengthen the party organisation and prepare an action plan to fight the Siddaramaiah government in the state.

His orders could be a bitter pill to swallow for Yeddyurappa as he had sidelined Santhosh from the party organisation and even publicly criticised him for “interfering” in its affairs.

Going by a senior leader in the state BJP, who was present at the Delhi meeting, Shah has given Santhosh absolute freedom to build the party organisation, prepare election strategies and draw an action plan to take on the Congress in the state.

Further clipping his wings, Yeddyurappa has been told to take all core committee leaders into confidence before taking any decisions, according to him. The decision has reportedly improved the mood in the party, which has been in a state of unrest owing to Yeddyurappa’s alleged dictatorial ways.

Shah also suggested organising a mega “Parivarthana” rally against the ruling Congress in the state and holding of agitations against it in each Assembly constituencies on local issues.

Pointing out that the Uttar Pradesh elections were won by effective management of booth committees, he advised the Karnataka leaders to constitute booth committees of nine members each representing all castes in all Assembly constituencies, sources revealed.

As a first step, BJP leaders, who arrived from Delhi in Bengaluru on Saturday, decided to meet district core committee and election committees members at the party office from August 28 to September 3 to sort out organisational problems, they added.

MR.SMR,Election Commission is an independent body.EC has clarified that EVMS cannot be tampered.EC had challenged the political parties to prove tampering but no-one had the guts to do so.Samajawadi party was ruling Uttar Pradesh when elections were held. When the Mahaghatbandhan of JDU,RJD and Congress won the elections EVMS were used.EVMS were used when Congress won the elections in Punjab. Some political parties who cannot digest the defeats are cowardly displaying the gimmick of tampering.Introspect the reasons for defeat rather than indulging in stories. Most of the Countries use EVMS.If you have any proof of tampering or if you can prove it justify.

Yeddyurappa's who is on bail from jail on corruption charges of denotification and mining kickback is the still Amit Shah's favourite candidate for Chief Minister of Karnataka.

They came to power in center in 2014 promising the nation 'corruption free' India. But in Karnataka they appointed corrupt leader who went to jail.
Now the question is, for BJP Karnataka is a part of India or not if the party of difference is seriously committed to eradicate corruption from India?

Is Yeddyurappa' is the BJP's official Chief Minister candidate for Karnataka?
Is it again 3 Chief Minister and 2 Deputy Chief Minister running the office in parallel from resorts on Bellary Reddy's sponsored illegal wealth?

Sir,If I buy your statement, then I have need to consider USA, Germany and Ireland countries of 18 th century thought.
These developed countries long before outlawed the 'digital voting machine' which autonomous Election commison of India adopted.
If you are aware that even end to end encrypted technology is also vulnerable voting machine can be merely piece of cake.

What ever changes turmoil may occur in any political party we the qualified peace loving INDIANS require a fare and clean ballot voting system. Here in Karnataka we all have to stand together and boycott the EVM polling system. This will only able to save our Karnataka from dirty mind set politicians else we all have to face worst situation than BIHAR and UP.

Mr.Bennaji there is no need to be emotional. There are no saints in politics. As one Sikh assassinated Indira Gandhi, nearly 4000 Sikhs were brutally massacred in Delhi and other states.Millions were harassed and humiliated during emergency. As they were not able to trace George Fernandes for sometime during emergency ,his mother and brothers were harassed. So mother of George gave a statement that she wants to see Indira Gandhi in jail atleast for a day.And her wish was fulfilled.

Mr Richard Moraes, you just proved my point. In the eyes of God all are equal. The one who breaks His law has to face the justice, many times, in this world itself. There is no emotion here but reality.

By the way, arranging to murder those who exposed Amit Shah is a murder. Similarly Modi's 3 days of silence in Gujarat allowing the killers to go ahead slaughter is also same. While I don't agree Indira Gandhi's Emergency or Blue Star operation are political moves whereby Army was ordered to clear Amritsar of unwanted elements. So, there is a difference between armed force action and arranging to kill innocent people. Both are heinous crime against democracy. As a Modi Bakht probably you might find it difficult to accept it. I too voted Modi but within few months I realized my stupidity!

The real and only brain of the party Amth Shaw will be clipping the wings of all the leaders and pioneers of the BJP one at a time.

Two years back, there was a big BJP convention in Karnataka, none of the BJP leaders were in the front seat, even the Railway Minister Sri. Devananda Gowda was not seen in the show. The tall wall posters were decorated with the pictures of Modi/Amith Shaw.

The Radha yatra blood shed captains were Advanji and Manohar Joshi with Uma Bharati as the flight engineer. When the BJP came into power, both Advanji and Joshiji's wings were clipped by the Gujarathi imperialists. This is history.

When the Southern States and the BJP leaders will get the real sense about the Gujarathi imperialism upon the nation?

Yeddiji, I knew your trouble will never end and it looks like it is happening. All your corruption might have remedy and God may not punish you but destroying communal harmony is the worst thing you did in your life. You committed the worst Sin of attacking innocent, non involving religious places, you attacked religious people as well. You desecrated the sanctity of Holy place and that curse will never leave you. As they say... God sees the truth but waits. But sometime not long. It is your turn Yeddy to open your eyes and make good, all the horrible thing you did in your life. Repent with true heart and your will be saved.

Who is next? I can tell you, it is just a matter of time, it will be both Modi and Amit. Both their hands are soaked in blood and the blood of those innocent is crying out to God to give justice. I am confident it will be meted out in front of all us. Politics aside.

Even in the various state elections BJP guys go around begging for votes in Modi's name as they do not have any other leader at state or central level capable of pulling crowds. Take Modi out of the equation and the BJP will be history. They do not even have sufficient talent at the centre that even filmy people like Smriti Irani and Babul Supriyo are made ministers. They do not even have an independent person for a critical ministry like Defence that they have asked Jaitley to handle it in addition to Finance ministry.
