Mangaluru Sep 1: Vishwa Hindu Parishat (VHP) and Bajrang Dal staged protest at Kadri ground here on Friday September 1, by burning the china made products.

Addressing the protestors VHP leader M B Puranik said, “China is growing strength fast. But they are heavily dependent on India. China is sending low quality products to India. China is known to backstab and can never be trusted. Now they are joining hands with Pakistan and hatching conspiracy to attack India. We should stop buying all products which are made in China. They are making hefty profits by selling goods to India. We should publicly burn the china products and take an oath that we will not encourage China products. If we do that, it will have a huge impact on China’s economy,”

Bajrang Dal leader Sharan Pumpwell said, “We are all using China made crackers. But soon the cracker industry will shut down at Sivakasi in India. Chinese are planning to destabilise India. We should not use any of their products to teach them a lesson,”

Teenager Reshma said, “We should strongly condemn the usage of China products. At the same time we should understand that by using these products China gets strengthened but not India. So start using Indian products. Then only our economy will improve,”

Sharan Pumpwell along with members of Bajrang Dal crushed china made mobile. They also burnt the china made products such as toys, lights, mobiles etc.

VHP Leaders Gopal Kuthar, Bhujanga Kulal, Praveen Kuthar, Pradeep Pumpwell, Puneeth Pumpwell and others were present.

VHP activists also burn banners to mark boycott of Chinese products in Udupi

The activists of Bajrang dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishat (VHP) staged protests at War memorial ground, Ajjarkad on Friday, September 1 by burning old Tv sets and banners which promote Chinese products.

The youths also expressed their ire by burning the effigy of actor Ranveer Singh who is a brand ambassador of Vivo mobile phones.

District convener, Dinesh Mendon said, “China is provoking terrorism in India. It is trying to disturb the economic system of India. The Indian citizens should not use these products. If we oppose the Chinese products now, these products will lose their existence in the national market.”

“We should increase the moral strength of our domestic industries by boycotting Chinese products. We need to also create awareness in public domain about the negative impact of foreign products in Indian market,” he added.

Narayan Maniayani, district vice president said, “It was just a symbolic protest.  We will go door-to-door creating awareness among public about the negative impact of foreign products.”

Sunil KR, divisional co-convener of Mangaluru division of Bajrang Dal, Dinesh Hebri, district Go rakshak leaders, Girish Kundapur, district co-convener, Shridhar Bijur, Byndoor division and Mahesh Bailoor Karkala were present.

There is substance in boycotting Chinese products because patronizing their products is subservient to enemies hostile designs towards India. Let's reflect upon it.
However our actions, should speak louder than our words to be more effective.
See who are the main Importers from China, Stage effective protest in front of their Office EVEN if it is Reliance Jio.
Those who awaken Indians about ill effects of buying Chinese products, should LEAD BY EXAMPLE, first dump the products they are using, specially Mobiles and then other articles IF THEY AR OF CHINA MAKE.

China does not need India but India and all other nations in the world need China.

China will do just fine without doing business with India and Chines export to India is a very, very small amount comparing to it world wide export.

If China want's it can take away Kashmir any time (which belong to Kashmiris) and give it to Pakistan and take away disputed North Eastern States of India for it self.

China is so powerful at the United Nations and with surplus foreign exchange that No Country in the world want to disturb China. China has strong powerful stable Government.

We are known around the world unstable poor country, Culturally, regionally, economically and diplomatically we are divided and our currency and product are worthless in international markets. Only worthy export we have is our educated man power to make other countries grate.

We should love China as our neighbor and ask her support in international arena as well as for our internal development and national security.

Throughout India’s freedom struggle, the RSS was subservient to the British, with its leadership prohibiting participation in mass movements.
What would be a reasonable word to describe a cult which went down on its knees before the colonial government and opposed the mass struggle to create an independent nation; a cult which opposed the national flag and the country’s constitution, and whose “men expressed joy and distributed sweets after” the assassination of a person regarded by the masses as the father of our nation? Are they to be branded as traitors? No. In our times when history is becoming increasingly irrelevant for political discourse, they are the “Nationalists”. And everyone else is anti-national.
So can Bhagwat and the RSS succeed where Gandhi failed? It is hypocritical of the RSS to demand Indians sport a swadeshi outlook even when the Modi government pursues consumerist, market-oriented policies, locking India into the global economy. The RSS can influence the Modi government, an advantage Gandhi did not have vis-a-vis with the British colonial government. It is nobody’s case that India should close down borders to imports, but Indian industry, especially small and medium enterprises, has largely survived on protectionism.
With the introduction of GST and Demonetisation, formal sector and job market is already at its lowest of all time. The GDP is at 5.7% 'Digital India' seems to be heading towards North Korea or perhaps Mexico of Central Asia controlled by drug gangs.
Swadeshi movement enshrined by the Gandhi will not get momentum by boycotting and burning, but it needs firm commitment to adopt oneself to Indianness first.
By scrolling to the pictures, these people have anything to claim Indian culture other than token slogans of 'Bharath mata ki jai;?

In China labor is cheap; the communist government is autocratic and will not tolerate any strikes and protests. Their ideological followers in India, no sooner a factory is started, start their trade union too and demand exorbitant salaries for as little work as possible, and if by any chance the factory does well, there are strikes on flimsy grounds to finish it off together with its employees. How then India can produce quality goods with less price? I bought a HP 3-in-1 printer, made in China, 18 years ago for just Rs.8000/- and had remarked to the seller, “I don’t expect it to last for more than a couple of years”, and yet it is still working fine. I had bought a hero pen just for Rs.2/- fifty years ago and discarded it only after ball point pens came into use.

This is a wise decision by the VHP and Bajrang Dal of boycotting and china made products. It should not be a publicity stunt. Everybody is aware that most of the items such as TV set, Refrigerators, Washing machines, Solar system gadgets, textiles, air cooler, children’s toys etc available in the market are of China made and origin. Prices are also within the reach of common man. Besides being fine and attractive finishing, quality wise, it is also of international level and standard.
This is why people are going for the china made products. Because of these, most of our Indian companies are in the verge of closing as they cannot compromise with these products especially Diwali fire crackers, fancy items, idols and statues of various Hindu and other communities Gods. Once the Indian companies start compete and compromise with these factors, definitely without any doubt Indian companies, those are in the verge of closure will bounce back and subsequently Indian economy will improve.
With that tactics, definitely India can dis-stabilize the economy of China and avenge them suitably. Before that respective government should take an initiative to ban all the imports of China made products from the entry points itself.Protesting, burning all, it is mere time and energy waste and it becomes publicity stunt. It should not be like that. Make a strong appeal for the respective governments to ban the imports of all the China made products. Then only it will have an effect.
