Blue Whale challenge: The game of death claims another life in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow, Sep 9 (Agencies): Another suspected case of suicide due to the dangerous Blue Whale Challenge has been reported from Lucknow where a 13-year-old boy succumbed to this deadly game.

The victim identified as Aditya, living in his maternal house in Lucknow's Indira Nagar and studying at Aditya Nirmala Convent School, hanged himself to death after he was given this task in the game.

The deceased's relative has informed that the boy was an average student in school and he used to play the game on his mother's mobile phone.

The body of the 13-year-old boy has been sent for post-mortem.

The deadly Blue Whale game, which has claimed many innocent lives, is an online game that challenges players for over 50 days, demanding them to complete tasks given by an anonymous controller.

The game firstly asks the player to draw a whale on a piece of paper, then carve a whale figure on their body, and then gives other tasks such as watching horror movies alone etc. The tasks include the final challenge to commit suicide.

The dreaded game is reportedly created by Phillipe Budeikin, a Russian psychology student.

I want to play blue whale game. Does any one have an idea where to find it???

The answer is we cannot find it. Actually, it is said that the anonymous controller finds the target and contacts you. Now, how do these kids come in contact with this controller??? the only way to come in contact with the controller may be through some obscure forums. Now how can a 13year old playing the game through mom`s borrowed phone gets the contact of the controller from some obscure forum???? I dont buy the idea that all these kids are playing blue whale game.... and it seems to be mass hysteria around it. below is the reason .... though I may be wrong.

I have been using the internet for past 20 years and that too around 12-14 hours a day. And i know what it takes to go to some obscure forums and chatting with some other people in it. The main question is why would I go to some obscure forums??? That would be going in search of a link for downloading pirated games/software, searching for a crack to make the games/software full version or finding the cheat codes, etc. This was done in the earlier days.... from 97 to 08-09 and that too to find the programs for PC. I can't understand why would anyone go in search of forums who uses an android or ios phone???.... and searching for what???? All of the games for android and ios are available through their play store. So this whole thing does not make sense.

Now how did the police come to the conclusion that all these kids played blue whale game??? How come the operator is controlling the individuals ... that too so many of them?? Remember that this is not an app based game. the controller checks the completion of the task personally.

Can't they block or delete the app or erase it from the database. The one who is vulnerable to this game is either not loved or in depression. Parents should be careful to monitor the children before its too late. Innocent kids who get fooled by such things
