Bengaluru: Angered by late invitation, Siddaramaiah will not attend PM prog at Bidar

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Oct 28: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will not participate in the programme that is scheduled to take place in Bidar on Sunday, at which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take part.

Siddaramaiah has said he cannot attend the programme as the invitation by the Railway Authorities came late.

Speaking to the media from 'Krishna', official residence of CM, Siddaramaiah said, "I have been given late invitation for the Railway Department Programme that is scheduled to take place in Bidar on Sunday, October 29. Central Government did not follow the protocol and has not invited me to the programme, in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi is participating. State Government lends 50% of land and money free of cost for any project in the state. But the project is being inaugurated only by the Prime Minister,"

"Railway department did not discuss with the state government about this programme. In addition, they have invited me only two days ahead of the programme for namesake. As their invitation was late, I will be taking part in some other programme. Because of this I will not take part in the programme at Bidar. Minister for Medium & Heavy Industries, R V Deshpande will represent the state in the programme," he added.

According to sources, CM expressed his ire with the Railway officials, who came to invite him for the function, over the violation of protocol.

Earlier Rly dept wanted to inaugurate this Rly Line at Kalaburgi (Gulbarga). But as people of Kalburgi are very fond of Mallikarjuna Kharge, who was instrumental in Sanctioning this Rly line when he was Railway Minister, the people of Kalaburgi would have chanted " Kharge Kharge" instead of Modi Modi. Hence, inauguration at Kalaburgi was cancelled by Railway Minister and shifted to Bidar.

I feel that the CM has taken the right decision in not attending the programe, he is a straight forward person and has taken the bull by its horns. For that we have to salute him. This is the only Chief Minister who has stood out for the positive works carried out during his term so he doesnt need to be at anybodies beck and call.

Elattuvalapil Sreedharan, an 85-year-old civil engineer from Palakkad, is widely hailed as the man who transformed the daily commute of India's middle class. Fondly called the 'Metro Man', for conceptualising, spearheading and eventualizing the Delhi Metro, Sreedharan stands tall in his own country and abroad as an expert in rail-based urban transit systems.

Therefore anger on social media was palpable, after Sreedharan's name went missing from the list of VIP guests who would share the dais with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 17 at the inaugural function of the Rs 8,000-crore Kochi Metro project, of which he is the chief consultant.

Whether an oversight, or a snub, it prompted Kerala Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan to write a letter to the Prime Minister's Office, which approved the final shortlist, to revise

    quoted from various sources.

Modi forced railway officials to snub CM Siddu due to his own inferiority complex and fear of our CM's popularity.

Dear Rathan, Mangalore, Fool will say others are fools.

    View the following:

Niddhendra P.M., slept in the Parliament. Some bhakts say he was heavily working sleepless nights for India.

Rahul Gandhi slept in the Parliament and some congress supporters say, he was busy working with party leaders how to make the cow government to Humans Government.

Siddharamaiah slept in the Assembly and BJP supporters say to him Niddheramaiah. Congress people say Siddharamaiah was busy working for the development of Karnataka and the best Chief Minister of Karnataka among all the states of India and a role model to all the other states of India.

The day on which Niddhendra P.M. took office on May 26th 2014 there was railway accident and around 50 people died.

FROM THERE ONWARDS STARTED THIS DERAIL SARKAR.
EVERYWHERE RAILWAY ACCIDENTS DUE TO THIS COW GOVERNMENT.

FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA 50% WAS NOT GIVEN BY NIDDHENDRA PRIME MINISTER'S POCKET, BUT IT WAS GIVEN BY THE CITIZENS OF INDIA FROM COLLECTING EXORBITANT G.S.T., AND C.S.T.

SUPPOSE CONGRESS IMPLEMENTED G.S.T AND C.S.T., IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A PEOPLES FRIENDLY G.S.T AND C.S.T.

ARE YOU STILL SUPPORTING BRHASTA JHOOT PAKSHA???!!!

After President Ramanath Kovind said that- Karnataka is the "Engine" of development in India and all the states should follow Karnataka model of development , the BJP people are afraid that if Siddaramaiah attends Bidar Railway program then the Media will give more attention to Siddu instead of Modi and this will have adverse effect on the national image of Modi and also it will have adverse effect on the much hyped 'Gujarat development Model.' Therefore BJP played trick and forced Railway Officials to invite Siddu very late so that he cannot cancel his other programs which were already fixed earlier. BJP publicity dept is now a days very jittery and hence taking very careful steps so that Modi's image is not hurt keeping in view the approaching Gujarat election. .

YOU HAVE ALSO NOT PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAMME IN UDUPI WHERE THE THEN PRESIDENT MR. PRANAV MUKHERJEE VISITED FOR BHOOMI POOJA OF GOVT HOSPITAL IN UDUPI. AT THAT TIME YOU HAVE GOT INVITATION WELL IN ADVANCE. SECONDLY FOR ATTENDING EX - MINISTER FUNERAL YOU FLIED FROM BANGALORE TO GULBARGA VERY NEXT DAY. PLEASE DONT SHOW ANGER ON RAILWAY OFFICIALS THEY HAVE GIVEN 48 HOURS TIME TO ATTEND. IF YOU HAVE THE WILL YOU CAN ATTEND. YOU KNOW THAT NEXT CONGRESS WILL NOT COME INTO POWER. HENCE YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING BIDAR PROGRAMME.
NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. WITH YOUR ABSENCE, BJP WILL WIN ALL 18 SEATS OF BIDAR GULBARGA DIST. BEFORE THE ELECTION YOU LOST THE BATTLE.

Krishna, there is a difference between funeral and a programme.
A programme is planned well in advance with a minimum 2 months in advance but a funeral is not unless.......

What the railway department did is not acceptable under any grounds.
What if it was your child's marriage and you, the dad(Assuming you are a male, if not mom) received the invitation 2 days before the ceremony?
    Same thing is happening here.

Moreover a funeral is not something which is planned. If we knew the date and time of our respective deaths, then maybe your argument would have been valid.

As far as Pranab Mukherjee is concerned, they are from the same political party so that also invalidates your argument of "Siddharamaiah using cheap politics".

Moreover, even if Sidharamaiah did do it deliberately, I wouldnt mind.
If I were him, I too wouldnt have come set foot to wherever feku chaiwala was present.
