Mangaluru: BJP in DK & Udupi districts celebrate Gujarat, Himachal victory

Mangaluru Dec 18: District BJP observed victory celebrations here on Monday December 18 at PVS Circle, as BJP emerged victorious in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh in the recently held elections.

Addressing to the media MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said, "The Modi wave has commenced in the country. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari BJP will win elections. Himachal Pradesh was not in our hands but today we have won the hearts of people there. Even in Gujarat BJP has retained power, which indicates the victory of BJP in Karnataka in the forthcoming elections,”

"We are confident that BJP will win in Karnataka. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah kept on saying that Modi is afraid of Congress. The time has changed now and Siddaramaiah should be afraid of Modi,” he added.

Fire crackers were burst and sweets were distributed. BJP leaders were seen dancing to band. Procession was carried out from PVS Circle to Navabharat Circle.

District BJP president Sanjeev Matandoor, former MLC Monappa Bhandary, Vedavyas Kamath, Badarinath Kamath, Sathish Prabhu, Corporator Roopa D Bangera, Poornima and others were present.

In Udupi also district BJP celebrated the victory. Speaking on the occasion, BJP president Mattaru Ratnakar Hegde lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amith Asha for their roles in the victory.

Baikady Suprasad Shetty, Kuylady Suresh Naik, Kutyaru Naveen Shetty, Geethanjali Suvarna, Shyamala Kundar, Dinakar Babu, Sheela K Shetty, Yashpal Suvarna and others were present.

    What else can you do celebrate victory of other states.central govt made you MP.Theu gave you chance.Even state government not opposing you for any projects.If you really wished you would have brought great developments in twin districts.

    You have done nothing at all not even for our beaches.Learn from Dubai beaches what agreat economy we will have.I heard La Mer beach in Dubai is hot spot at present.


    Celebrate maadi ,later after karnataka election gantumoote kattikondu odi himachalge ,do yoga in himlayan mountain,atleast you ll pure tongue.You are the one who said you ll burn Dk.we haven't forgotten that.

    Its because of present state government we don't have moral policing,no gundagiri in streets of karavali.All pumpwell,borewell are welldisciplined.Namo brigade leader in jail.Will BJP do this ?

    Today if you put on two different sides n.india n S.India.
    South is richer economical n way ahead of north.

    ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE EQUALLY HAVING THE BRAIN LIKE THE CHAIWALA, IN GUJRATH BJP HAS ALMOST LOST 17 SEATS COMPARED TO 2012 ELECTIONS AND STILL THEY ARE CELEBRATING. CHAIWALA WHO WAS ON FREQUENT FOREIGN TRIPS WAS MADE TO COME TO CAMPAIGN ELECTION FOR HIS PARTY BY SHRI RAHUL GANDHI JI. RAHUL MADE THEM SWEAT AND WET BY HIS STRONG CAMPAIGN. ON THE OTHER HAND HIMACHAL PRADESH, CONGRESS HARDLY CONCENTRATED ON IT. EVERY 5 YEARS THE GOVERNMENT CHANGES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH.
    ALSO BJP'S ALLIANCE SHIV SENA IS PRAISING RAHUL JI FOR HIS HARD WORK AND THESE MORONS ARE CELEBRATING. NALINI KUMAR KATEEL, THIS SHOULD BE YOUR LAST TERM.
