Raichur: Poll code violation case - court exonerates Pooja Gandhi

Raichur, Dec 24: Noted actor Pooja Gandhi, who was facing a case of poll code violation during the previous assembly election, was exonerated by the second JMFC court here on Saturday December 23.

Advocates representing Pooja said that judge of the said court, Poornima Yadav, who took up hearing of the case, cleared the actor of all charges on Saturday,

 

 

Pooja, addressing media persons later, said that she has faith on the judiciary and that the verdict has brought relief and happiness to her. She said that she has decided against fighting any election henceforth. She however added that she has developed emotional bond with this district and that therefore she will be paying visit to this district often.
