Mangaluru: Evening of parables in Konkani at Don Bosco Hall on March 11

Mangaluru, Mar 8: In order to reinvigorate the devotion of Lenten season and to know the mystery of Kingdom of heaven, the love, compassion and mercy of God, Capuchin Friars have organized a unique event for the first time in the city.

The event title 'Voparinchi Saanz' meaning 'An Evening of Parables', will be held at Don Bosco Hall on Sunday, March 11 at 6 pm.

The meaning of Biblical parables of 'The Prodigal Son', 'Foolish and Wise Virgins', 'Lost Sheep', 'Three Servants given Talents' and 'Four Types of Soil’ will be staged to the background of music, singing and dance.

All are cordially invited to this rare and meaningful display of Biblical stories.

The entry will be free.
