Monti Fest Celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, Mahakali

Mumbai, Sep 15: Monti Fest was celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on September 14. Programme started at 11.30 in the morning with the children and elders gathering at the grotto with the flower plates. Prayers were held, Hymns to honour Mother Mary were sung and the children showered flowers on Mother Mary.

Statue of Infant Mary was brought in procession to the church along with the brass band.  Fr. Baptist Pais SVD, Fr. Salvadore Serrao SVD, Fr Edward, Fr Lawrence, Fr Richard and Fr Donald celebrated the mass.

Cultural programme was arranged after the mass in the church hall.  Susan Coelho, Manager of Divo Weekly inaugurated the programmme.  President Tony Almeda, Fr Baptist Pais, Fr Salvadore Serrao, Fr Eward and Fr Richard were also present at the Dias.

Welcome song was led by Fr Baptist pais and his group. Secretary Lenny Fernandes gave vote of thanks.

Atul and his team gave a enthralling magic show performance.

Novem Jevonn was served to the people in a traditional manner. Clement Lobo beautifully compered the programme.
