Amit Shah attacks Rahul over Cong's poor track record, eyes 65 seats in C'garh

Ambikapur, Jun 10 (PTI): BJP chief Amit Shah on Sunday attacked Congress president Rahul Gandhi over his party's "dismal" track record in 55 years of its rule, even as he set a target of winning 65 seats in the upcoming Chhattisgarh Assembly polls.

Sounding the bugle for the year-end elections in Chhattisgarh, Shah questioned Gandhi for seeking an account of the work done by the BJP-led government at the Centre in the last four years. The Raman Singh government would retain power in Chhattisgarh and the BJP would win 65 of the 90 seats in the state, where the saffron outfit was in power for nearly 15 years, he said, addressing a public rally in Ambikapur.

"Rahul baba, why are you asking for our account of four years? We do not need to give you any account. We will give an account of every minute and every paisa to people when we go to them to ask for votes. Your family governed the country for four generations and 55 years. Why has there not been any development?" he asked and added that the Modi government launched a new scheme for the poor, farmers and downtrodden in every 15 days.

He said Gandhi should look within before seeking an account of the developmental works from the BJP. "With the onset of summer, they rush to Europe and Italy for vacations. When Rahul baba comes here to ask for votes, will you not ask him about the dismal record of his party?" he said at the rally.

Shah said during the Congress rule, cross-border firing was happening every other day, but no befitting reply was given.

However, this changed after the Modi government assumed office in 2014, Shah said and referred to the September 2016 surgical strikes. "Every other day they used to strike us. 12 of our jawans were killed in Uri (in a terror attack), they did not even get a chance to retaliate. "However, soon after, Modiji sent our jawans for surgical strikes in Pakistan to take revenge," Shah said.

Still Congress had larger vote share despite of lies and lies by Modi and Shah. I agree with Shah that Rahul has not got much experience in committing murders and getting away or making 50000 rupees into 1.5 crores. Unless he learns these tricks he won't be able to catch up with Shah.

Not 140 to 40, it was 112 to 40, but then there was three way split in party.
BJP became KJP of Yeddy and BSRC of Sriramulu, they both got 10 and 6 seats respectively.

Sir, Like every elections this Karnataka assembly elections more than 2400 VVPAT malfunctioned.

One EVM can record a maximum of 3,840 votes. Multiply 3,840 x 2400 Machines.
The result will be BJP's seats which is beyond central intelligence prediction.

For your knowledge, No one knows what happened to those votes already casted in the EVM or VVPAT register for malfunctioned unit replaced with the replacement unit.

The reason Election commison of India gave 'Heat stroke'.
Amazing Indian Democracy from BJP leaned ECI.

For every query BJP has a common question for an answer: 'What congress did for 55 years?' The number sometimes varies from 55 to 70 years. Shah says ' Every summer they go to Europe and Italy' While it's not very surprising that he may not know Italy is in Europe, he conveniently forgets his boss's record breaking round the globe pleasure trips on tax payers' money, six of them were to US alone, every gujju's dream destination. Last paragraph is a total lie. The years 2016 -17 have recorded maximum number of armed forces and civilian casualties along the border

Amit Shah is famous for Jhumla Politics. Now that four years of central rule has been experienced by the people Amit Shah should list out all the achivements of the Modi Sarkar instead of taking about 55 years of congress rule.

I am sure the people of our Belove country have seen through all the empty talk of Modi and Amit Shah and will give a fitting reply in Chatishgarh and all the states going to the polls in the future subject to BALLOT PAPERS BEING USED IN THE POLLS.

In the last Chhattisgarh assembly elections Chief minister Raman Singh and the BJP won elections from the red corridor because there was “some understanding” between them.
25 May 2013 was a dark day for several Congress Party members’ families. On that day Maoists killed 32 Congress leaders in Chhattisgarh. According to news reports, about 27 persons were killed on the spot and 32 injured on this day, when a convoy of Congress Party leaders was travelling through the Darbha Valley in the southern part of Chhattisgarh, which is renowned for its Maoist infestation. The convoy of 25 vehicles passed through the dense forest in the Sukma district, while travelling towards Keshloor, near Jagdalpur for a rally named “Parivartan Yatra.” The attack on the Congress Party leaders not only killed senior members like Mahendra Karma and Nand Kumar Patel, but also some lower party workers, drivers, personal security officers, and accompanying villagers.
In 2013 BJP managed to finish the entire Congress opposition through Naxals to manage third for CM Raman Singh.
Now Congress with no leadership and former Congress veteran Ajit Jogi forming his own party, Election Commision of India, EVM and state government in his favor BJP victory seems to be very easy.
