Mumbai, Sep 22: The Sadanand Suvarna Cultural Foundation organized the Dr Shivaram Karanth memorial drawing competition for Kannadiga students in the metro on Sunday September 21 at the Karnataka Sangh auditorium, located at Matunga (West).



Around 65 students from nine schools participated in the drawing competitions in three categories this year. Foundation treasurer Prof Shiva Billava, secretary S K Sundar, trustees Gopal Trasi, and Shekar Amin, were some of  the supervisors.

The winners will be awarded prizes in a programme scheduled for Saturday October 18, said  Sundar.
