Panaji, Oct 25: With just few days remaining for the most awaited festival of lights 'Diwali', Goan bazars are fully decked with Diwali articles. While the households are seen busy shopping for the festival, youths are engaged in making the 'Narkasura' effigies across the state to be burnt on the night before the festival of lights.
