First find all his contacts .. he may have good understanding with many rakshaks and officers. After that break his leg so that he wont repeat again. Or else this kalla-police game will never end.
If police give him good treatment he will never repeat the same offence.
His news itself mockery of our judicial system.... Break his legs .. let him enjoy rest of his life in bed

Very funny comments like encounter the thief , because name matters !
If any other name involved in poisoning innocents then no encounter demand and need proof

@Haneef mangalore, just try to understand brother,it s not the name but his deeds.Kindly dont try to give clour again community. When so many times he is caught in the same business ,then time to give him the punishment needed. He steals the cows of many people who earn their daily living.Cows cost too alot of money ,need to bring up hard work.you too would have angered if your house cows were stolen whoever it was or would go to see which religion he belong?see facts .I would say now catch him tie in a shed and give him only water and heu.nothing else.or leave him in pilikula forest.I cant understand why did police still not arrested and punished with all cases till now.ask if police too are share holdres first. Not religion.

In Canada and some other countries, when computer hackers are caught, they are given nominal sentences and after serving the jail term, govt appoints them for catching the hackers, since they have very much technical knowledge on this trade.

Like wise, this man, after the jail term, if any, can be appointed to catch cow thieves, and with his all round experience in this trade, he will be an asset to police department

Are you mentally sound? Drawing parallel between different activities? Appointing wolf to guard sheep's?

I think, I am mentally sound. I am not telling that he be appointed to guard the cows, but to catch the cow thieves. He may have been unemployed due to reservation and just because he is not Hindu, he is wolf to you. When innocents are poisoned, you have a soft corner for such people, why ? Let the daiji readers decide.

Cattle thief is not an easy job
They are poor people.. so they carry cows in cheap SUVs instead of costly trucks
They have to show knife while dragging the cow from the farmers shed
They have to pay to cops at times.
And these go-rakshaks also chase them at times
Because of all these dificltes they need to be rewarded. .
But then beef is so tasty that people forget the hardwork involved
Heartless chaddies don’t understand this.. hail secularism

People of other faiths are condemning his actions & suggesting harsh punishment. Shariefs & rajeshs of this world are responsible for communal tensions & innocents get victimised on either side.
