Udupi, Dec 20: Hi Point 'Elite', the first state-of-the-art residential and commercial apartment of Shankarpura was inaugurated on Thursday, December 20.
Sheik Abdul Hameed and Maheen inaugurated the newly built apartment by cutting the ribbon, while Fr Ferdinand Gonsalves, parish priest, St John the Evangelist Church, Shankarpura, Janab A Hafeez, Imam, Markaz Noorul Islam Jamia Masjid, Chokady, Katpady blessed the new project. Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, president, Credai, Udupi, Dr Deviprasad Shetty, president, Belapu Grama Panchyat, M Gopal Bhat, A G Associates, Sbobha, president, Kurkal Grama Panchayat and promoter Yousuf Pravez were present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Deviprasad Shetty said, “The builders in the state are facing too many problems due to economic crisis but still Yousuf Pravez has kept his word and completed this project in this difficult time. Shankarpura is famed for jasmine flowers all over the world. Hi Point Elite is one more attraction in this place. Though the builders faced many difficulties, he has completed the project within the time span and hopefully the economic difficulties will be solved soon.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Jerry Vincent Dais said that after successfully completing two projects in Manipal, Yousuf Pravez has taken the bold step to construct the first state-of-the-art facilities apartment over here. “Shankarpura is known for its jasmines worldwide.
