Bengaluru: State BJP following 'Wait and watch' policy, to strike at right moment

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Dec 23: Karnataka state BJP is keenly observing the movement of the dejected MLAs of the Congress party after the first restructuring of the cabinet, which took place on Saturday, December 22. Though BJP seems to be following the 'Wait and watch' policy, it has continued the efforts behind the scenes to form the government, if the opportunity arises.

B S Yeddyurappa, the state BJP president, is in continuous touch with senior leaders like B Sriramulu, Umesh Katti and Basavaraj Bommai. He is also believed to be keeping a close watch on the frustrated MLAs of the Congress party.

B S Yeddyurappa

Yeddyurappa is also in touch with the BJP high command to move forward according to their guidance. It is learnt that the BJP is taking one by one step, very carefully to ensure that this time around they have to be successful in forming the government. They do not want to make an attempt like in some previous occasions when they failed miserably and invited the wrath of the BJP high command.

After the formation of the coalition government of Congress and JD (S), certain leaders of the state BJP were trying to woo the MLAs of Congress and JD (S) parties, exploiting the lack of coordination between the leaders, ministers, MLAs and activists of both parties, who are deprived of ministership and chairman posts of corporation and boards of various government organizations, through backdoor activities.

Actually Yeddy & Team should wait until the 2019 LS polls. If BJP strikes big in K'Nataka by winning more than 20 LS seats, then the fiendly coalition will tumble down like Jack & Jill and Humpty Dumpty.

Actually the coalition fight will start as to who will contest how many. Yeddy should wait.

Dear Yeddyurappa, how long you will keep running after success which is a distant dream? It is high time that you retire from active politics and enjoy your retired life.
You have already done enough and more, now please give opportunity to the younger generation.
