Mangalorean Basti Anand Shenoy among ‘Pogo Amazing Kids’

Mangalore, Dec 28: Basti Anand Shenoy bagged this year’s ‘Pogo Amazing Kids’ award given to multi-faceted talented children annually by Pogo channel.

The award has been given to talented youngsters in various fields like art, music, dance, and literature. Winners also receive a future fund of Rs 5 lac, invested in their names.

Anand received the award for his talent in clay modeling and achievement in the field of animation. His vivid imagination has led him to create his own series of picture animation known as ‘Clamation’.

Anand secured first place in the competition conducted in three rounds.

Twelve-year-old Anand is the son of Basti Dinesh Shenoy and Shobha and grandson of ‘Vishwa Konkani Saradara’ Basti Vaman Shenoy, hailing from Bantwal, residing in New Delhi.

Anand’s talent has been given coverage by media organizations like Disney Adventure Magazine, NDTV, and Metro Nation channel. This has thrown the spotlight on this youngster and his immense potential.
