India's First Keon International Film Academy Takes Shape

Mumbai, Jan 6:
IFFA president and prominent Bollywood producer Smita along with Toronto Film School director and Hollywood producer/director Rick Bennett and Keon Arts CEO Keshav Paneri launched the website of Keon International Film Academy (KIFA) here on Sunday January 4, at JW Marriott.

KIFA will be India's first International Film Academy which will have a faculty comprising of 35/40 Hollywood technicians headed by Rick Bennett. The film workshop is scheduled to begin in the month of April and will be a six week long intensive course covering all aspects of film making and acting as also script writing, marketing and distribution. The participants will also be introduced to the latest digital technology in the art of film making.
 
Smita Thackeray's son Rahul Thackeray who is a product of the prestigious Toronto Film School, actors Rahil Azam and Tarun Khanna were present at the occasion.
