Mangalorean Santosh Shetty Elected Speaker of Panvel Municipal Council

Corporator Santosh Shetty was recently elected as the speaker of the Panvel municipal council in Navi Mumbai here recently.
 


Santosh Shetty, who is a native of Vamanjoor in Mangalore, is a local youth leader elected as a corporator from the New Panvel ward.  He has been involved with various social service activities through Ramshet Takoor Vichar Manch and was chosen as the speaker of Panvel municipal council. 
 
He is also involved with the construction of Sri Annapoorneshwari temple, New Panvel and is well known for his social service initiatives throughout the greater Mumbai and its suburbs.
