Dubai, Jan 17: An Akhanda Bhajan Mahotsav was organized by the Narayana Seva Samiti on Friday Januray 16 at Karama Center Hall, Karama, Dubai
The Samiti which was founded in January 2007 with a few like-minded individuals who believe that service to humanity is indeed service to God, marked its second anniversary with an traditional Ekaho Bhajan on Friday.
The programme started at 8.00 am with the lighting of the lamp followed by bhajans till 8.00 pm. After the ‘Mangala Arti’, the ‘Maha Prasada’ was served to all devotees.
Vishwakarma Group, Sharjah Satsang Group, Abu Dhabi Amchigele Samaj, Sri Rajarajeshwari Bhakta Vrinda , Al-Ain GSB, and Sannidhanam and Art Of Living–Dubai, were the particiants.
Over the past two years, the Samiti volunteers have initiated various projects involving distribution of food and clothes to the needy, as well as providing financial assistance to deserving people to help them meet medical exigencies.
The group continues to grow as more and more volunteers join hands and come together to render service with humility.
