Mangaluru: Body of youth found in front yard of house - locals suspect foul play

Mangaluru, Feb 7: In an incident that occurred at Kapikad under Ullal police station limits on the outskirts of the city, the  body of a youth was found in the front yard of a house.

Nishan (26), a resident of Ambika Road, son of Vijay, an auto rickshaw driver is the deceased who has lost his life in this incident.

Nishan's body was found in the front yard of the house belonging to Meera Achari. It is suspected that Nishan must have fallen to his death from the nearby Bhagavati Complex building.

It is said that Nishan was a drug addict and was under mental depression also. However, the locals have expressed suspicion over his death. The hand of the dead body is broken but there are no injuries to his head.

Ullal police visited the spot and have sent the dead body to post mortem.

    Sad.young person and already was drug addict.When he fell from above the building quite possible in drug overdosis or effect,then normal handfracture can happen.but when no head injury ?when one fall down certainly some head injury should be there.may be not visible.sure they will find out in post martum.Heartfelt sympathy to his family.drugs and death ,is ones self made cause.noone else can made to answer this.

    Police /medical officer may find some suggestive evidence. But the thing is prosecution must be strong in all aspects.
