Mangaluru, Feb 12: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's brother Prahlad Modi said, "The upcoming Lok Sabha elections will be the repetition of 2014 election results."

Prahlad Modi is in the city to visit temples. Speaking to media at Mangaluru International airport on Tuesday, February 12 he said, "People have accepted Modi in 2014. Same will repeat in 2019 elections. I am confident that BJP will gain majority with over 300 seats and rule the country yet again. Is there anything that Narendra Modi did not do in last five years? Only thing is that it did not reach to the household of Congress."

When asked about the rumors of joining Trinamool Congress, Prahlad Modi said, "It is a fake news. I have not spoken about it nor have I visited Kolkata."

When asked about Priyanka Gandhi's entry into politics, Prahlad Modi said, "Priyanka enters or whoever enters, what is in the hearts of people is important."

When asked about joining politics, he replied, "Is one Modi not enough in politics? Why we need two? There is a lot of fear of Narendra Modi. If two Modis join then what may happen?"

If you take up bank issue, that will prove bad for congress.

1. Indira Gandi nationalized Vijaya bank (along with other 3 banks grown in our district Canara, Corporation, Syndicate) is nothing but cheating and backstabbing our district which used to give her 2 MPs all the time.
2. If Indira Gandi did not nationalize, all these bank profits would have remained in our district and imagine the growth our district would have undergone
3. After Indira Gandi made it nationalized, the appointment of employees and directors start happening from Delhi and stopped the job opportunities for South Kanarites
4. After Indira Gandi made them nationalized, both Bank of Baroda and Vijaya bank do not belong to any state or district.
5. Even when the road has to be named under Vijaya Bank founder, congress has opposed the move.
6. The proposal for merger was started by Chidambaram and the process continued in this government. Only thing Modi made it faster as usual doing at high speed is his style

Also, if required I can give more examples to show how Congress cheated South Kanara based banks systematically.
