Oh my god . How can one insert such big egg shaped object into their rectum ? So disgusting there are people who are embarrassed to go to doctor to show thei Piles complaint and one gang is stretching their buttocks at a cost of their freedom . I am sure they would be walking like a Egg laying hen with those golden eggs in them which is easily noticed by customs.

The problem is a person with real hydrocese will not be able to pass through Mangalore customs without getting stripped.
