Chilly morning in Delhi


New Delhi, Mar 16 (IANS): It was a partly cloudy chilly morning here on Saturday with the minimum temperature recorded three notches below the season's average at 12.5 degrees Celsius, the weather office said.

"The sky will continue to be cloudy in the later part of the day as well," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 82 per cent.

The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 26 degrees Celsius.

On Friday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 10.4 degrees Celsius, five notches below the season's average, while the maximum was 25.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
