Bengaluru: G A Bawa nominated president of state minorities commission

Bengaluru, May 30: Retired police officer and secretary of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) G A Bawa has been nominated as the president of Karnataka State Minorities Commission with immediate effect.

A notification in this regard was sent by the state government.

 

 

Akram Basha, deputy secretary of the state government for the department of minorities welfare, Hajj and Wakf has sent a notification to this effect under the Karnataka state minorities commission act of 1994 and 2011.
