Mangalore: New Director Announces Resumption of Service at Divine Call Centre, Mulki

Mangalore, Jun 3: The authorities of Divine Call Centre, Mulki near here, have announced the resumption of residential retreat as in the past. Accordingly, a day-long retreat will be held at Divine Call Centre, Mulki, and here on Saturday June 6, followed by residential retreat of five days in Konkani.

The newly appointed director of Divine Call Centre Mulki, Fr Cyprian Lewis SVD, clarified in view of the confusion that had arisen recently over the transfer of its founder Fr Jerry Sequeira SVD to Mysore, that the issue has been resolved and that the residential retreats have begun at the centre, after a brief lull.

    In my earleir comments I had mentioned that better discretion would prevail and that the founder director Father Gerry would accept orders from heirarcy and proceed to Mysore. It is very encouraging to note that The New Director Father Lewis has taken over and has resumed services. This is very encouraging. Congrats to you Father Lewis and a very warm welcome to you.
