There are deadly gangs in the outskirts of Mumbai who use conventional weapons and kill the victims mercilessly if resisted!
There is a infamous gang of "Phase Pardhi" tribals also known as Chadi Banian gang who wear only vests and undergarments, oil their bodies & use stones for defence! They are ruthless if they are resisted!

BTW, it's surprising how unknown people could tame 6 dogs unless otherwise someone was familiar with the dogs?

When everyone is knowing about this notorious gang who just wear minimum and oil their bodies, definitely police also must be knowing them right. ?? Then why don't police nab them before hand when they have this information?? If nicely hit on the knuckles and knees or elbows forget throwing the stones, they cant even use their hands to wear minimum clothes also...why our authorities lag behind to punish them? Instead they allow hard working people to suffer by their crimes... Dogs are given intoxicated meat pieces so they could not do anything...
