With his New-Age music, he has taken Konkani music closer to the younger generation of today, by making changes as required and so is rightly termed by some as the pioneer of new-age Konkani music.

His best compositions like Abolem, Thembe Thembe, Tu Munon, Khan Khan, Thovllem Kaliz has struck a chord with many Konkani music lovers around the world. Being a young and talented artiste himself, Kevin Misquith has given opportunities to several other young talents to perform in his shows and albums.

Apart from his passion for music, he has also served in several youth associations under various capacities.
