Chief minister Yeddyurappa to hold floor test on July 29

Bengaluru, Jul 26 (IANS): Karnataka's new Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa on Friday said that he will prove his majority in the state Assembly on Monday.

"At the cabinet meeting held soon after I took oath as Chief Minister, I decided to go for floor test in the Assembly on Monday at 10 am to prove majority," Yediyurappa said at a crowded press conference in the state secretariat.

Yeddyurappa orders stay on all projects, transfers in July

Soon after Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala invited him to form the government, Chief Minister-designate B.S. Yediyurappa on Friday directed Chief Secretary T M Vijay Bhaskar to withhold all new projects and transfers made by the earlier JD-S-Congress coalition government in this month.

"Yediyurappa orally instructed Bhaskar to put on hold all new projects cleared and transfers effected during this month by the previous government," an official of the Chief Minister's Office told IANS here.

Purported reports about several multi-crore projects in infrastructure, irrigation and public works sanctioned by the H D Kumaraswamy government were making rounds since the political crisis gripped the southern state after 15 rebels of the coalition parties resigned from the assembly.

Similarly, hundreds of transfer files were reportedly signed by Kumaraswamy in the departments he was in-charge, by his PWD Minister and elder brother H.D. Revanna and other cabinet ministers of both the allies.

"Unsure of the survival of the coalition government, some of the ministries, with large budgetary allocations went over drive in processing and clearing their files, involving hundreds of crores of rupees," a BJP functionary told IANS on anonymity.

In a circular to all secretaries and heads of the various departments, Bhaskar ordered them to keep the projects sanctioned and transfers effected on hold pending review by the new Chief Minister and new orders on them.

After failing the floor test on the confidence motion he moved on July 18 during the 10-day monsoon session to prove he had majority, Kumaraswamy resigned on July 23. Accepting his resignation, the Governor told him not to take any policy or executive decisions as a caretaker Chief Minister.

If EVM fails to elect a full majority government, 'Operation Kamala' is the best option to remain in power.
Aaya Ram Gaya Ram" has attained a new definition and the new word for it is "MODI - Mischievously Orchestrated Defections in India.

BJP has started this culture of defections and `aaya ram gaya ram' in as many as 12 states of the country.

Congratulations for BJP 13 state as ruling in Karnataka. The Kamala blossom only in 'Kichad' BJP future lies in Kichadi.

    B. S. Yeddi - The name itself tells that he is B* S* Yeddi. He will make Karnataka State to Karma take State.
The priority of Yeddi. Transfer the officers and take the highest bribe.
Use the Police department as his gang and attack all opposite members.
Implement the black magic in all offices.
There won't be any police case on BJP criminals to keep the BJP and its gangsters happy.
Yeddi will give order all minters to strictly obey 50+25+15+10 rule. 50% to Yeddi, 25% for party fund, 15% ministers, and 10% to all others. Any development, any new/exciting project will have a similar impact.
Kill the poor farmers and blame on opposite party members and publish as it is committed suicide.

There are many more, but no time........Anyhow hope will have a good time pretty soon.....Because Yeddi is suffering from..........will inform next time.
