Mangaluru, Jul 30: Rego Events Private Limited organized ‘Globelink West Star Shipping Miss and Mrs Mangaluru 2019’ Charity Pageant at Hotel BMS on July 28, 2019.

The programme was inaugurated by lighting the traditional lamp and welcome dance by certified Bharatanatyam dancer Raksha Rao, Shakthi Nagar. Dtrickz dance group entertained the audience and Lavanya hosted the show gracefully.

After a nail biting competition Srishti Roy was crowned as Miss Mangaluru – 2019, while Shravya Amin and Christina Roslin George bagged first and second runners-up positions.

In Mrs Mangaluru – 2019 category, Disha Shetty won the title, while Shwetha Kamath and Deepa Mahesh secured second and third positions.

The Grooming sessions were held on July 25 and 26 at St Sebastian Church Hall, Bendoor, which included Introduction round, Personality Development Round, Makeup session and Formation rehearsals. Introduction round was handled by Lyvia D’Almeida and Preetham Kamath. Post lunch, rehearsals were taken care by fashion choreographer Sarita and assisted by Lyvia. Makeup session was done by Vinaya D’Souza, proprietor of Vanya’s Bridal Studio.

Shrinivas Gurjal, censor board member, government of India, Vikas Puthran, managing advisor, Atom Fitness and senior sports assistant, BSNL, Mythri Malli, operations and marketing, Atom Fitness, Sarita V S, fashion choreographer, and Vinaya D’Souza, Vanya Bridal Studio, proprietrix of Vanyas Bridal Studio and Beauty Lounge were the jury of the event.
