Beltangady: Patron’s Day celebrated at Holy Redeemer English Medium School

Beltangady, Aug 5: The Patron’s Day was grandly celebrated on Sunday, August 4 at the Holy Redeemer auditorium.

Correspondent Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, chief guest Dr Sr Anuja. MBBS, MD (Gynecologist), Divya, PRO Jyothi Hospital Beltangady, PTA vice president Mamatha Shetty, were ushered to the stage by Fr Jason Monis, principal, HREMS and Renny Vas, headmistress, church aided school.

The dance group praised God through prayer dance. Riyona read a passage from the Holy Bible and the students prayed the prayer of the faithful. The choir group invoked God’s blessing with a prayer song.

The chief guest was felicitated by the correspondent, headmistress and principal. In her message narrating the story of Sun and the Firefly she urged the students saying like firefly you must light the world through your talents and be an inspiration to others.



The Correspondent appreciated the teachers and students or putting up a wonderful programme that made the day meaningful one. He asked few questions about h Patron to the students and gave a call to be responsible and to be human.

Sneha welcomed the gathering, vote of thanks was rendered by Diviksha, and Lavisha compered the programme. Four dances and a skit and a mime show were performed by the children.
