Mangaluru: Provocative speech - Non-bailable warrant issued against MP Nalin

Mangaluru, Aug 5: The court has issued a non-bailable warrant against Dakshina Kannada district Member of Parliament (MP), Nalin Kumar Kateel, for not attending the hearing with respect to the provocative speech case that was filed against him. 

A case against Nalin Kumar was registered in the Konaje police station alleging him to have made a provocative speech. This case is being investigated by the special court for cases against the people’s representative at Bengaluru. 


It is said that Nalin Kumar did not attend the hearing. So the judge justice Ramachandra D Huddara has issued a non-bailable warrant against the Member of Parliament.
