If property card is ultimate why continue Katha system. All details including land dimensions and UDS are in property card itself.

I have a plot in Mangalore city and presently staying in Bangalore. I visited 6 times to do the property card work. Every time I visit one or he other problem arises. Once concerned person not available, sometimes computer system was down. Finally the property card was made even though the govt survey was not matching as per the original records. Who is responsible for all these mess and why waste peoples hard earned money ? Is anybody is there answer this ?

This so called Govt order is bogus and illegal. Its an eye wash.

In the first place there is no such Act as Karnataka Registration Act 1908. Secondly the order says "until further notice". So what does that mean ?

So please don't fall prey to this order.

During the short period when property card was made mandatory cash was freely flowing like water and some employees in the office made millions in a short time.
It was avoidable agony for property owners and once in a lifetime opportunity for the property office staffers to become overnight rich.

This property card has relevance only for apartments. In todays world when people encroach on properties and also usurp properties by changing a existing survey number without the owners knowledge and then making duplicate survey numberof that property showing themselves as the owner, a simpler solutionj would be mapping using GPS coordinates and also using OLC/Plus codes to freeze the exact loaction of the property instead of using the antiquated muncipal stones as reference.

It has taken a very long time to obtain an Aadhar Card and yet there are long ques every month in front of the post offices and other offices even now. Aadhar Card has biometric data of an individual which cannot be altered and therefore I suggest link it to all other cards, be it PAN, Ration, Volter's, Driving licence, etc. and eliminate multiple cards.

Evey card creates a huge business (and the resultant power) for a particular Government department...

    ...so, so many cards.

If the Indians' identity is put a blockchain system, all that babudom-power will vanish overnight.

What a non sense . Once they say require and now they are saying not require . And when we deal something there they will demand for it. The govt. Keep on changing the system as and now as per their wish. What they know how much trouble we the public took by standing in duque hours and hours to get one property card. Only god has to protect us from this dirty ruling govt.

I really don't understand this card system. We have so many cards like Adhar card, pan card, ration card, property card.............., some are mandatory and some are optional.
Why can't have just one card system like National card or Adhar card.
