Mumbai, Aug 2: The Governor of Maharashtra S C Jamir, on Thursday July 31, took oath as the Governor of Gujarat. Jamir has been given the additional charge of the post of Governor of Gujarat. Governor Jamir was sworn in at Raj Bhavan, Gandhinagar, at 7.30 pm on Thursday July 30.  Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi was present.
