Mangaluru: Sheethal Nayak to star in Tulu movie 'Kudkana Madime'

Mangaluru, Oct 19: Young talented actress Sheethal Nayak will be seen in A V Jayaraj directorial Tulu movie 'Kudkana Madime' opposite Pruthvi Ambar.

Sheethal made her debut in ‘Dabak Daba Aisa’ in the year 2016 directed by Prakash Pandeshwar.

Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojraj Vamanjoor, and Deepak Rai Panaje are also playing prominent roles in the movie.

Sheethal will also be seen in another Tulu movie ‘Vikrant’ directed by Naveen Maarla where she is paired with Vinod.

“‘Kudkana Madime’ is a comedy family entertainer where I play the role of a modern daughter-in-law. ‘Vikrant’ is also a comedy movie which shows about present scenario of the society,” said Sheethal.

“When I was pursing my degree, I was offered ‘Dabak Daba Aisa’ which went on to do well at the box office. Films have been my passion. Once I complete my education, I wish to go for a job.

“I started my career in Daijiworld as an anchor which was my first instance to face a camera. I also learnt dance from Shubakiran Mani of Sizzling guys,” she said.

Sheethal hails from Konchady, and is the daughter of Prakash Nayak and Geetha Nayak. She is presently pursuing her MCom at Besant evening college.
