Twin Luxury Apartment Complexes by T3 Urban Development Pvt Ltd to Come Up at BC Road, Bantwal

Mumbai, Aug 6:
  Karnataka Natak Academy Award recipient and veteran Konkani actor Francis Fernandes Cascia (Dubai) released the brochures of two luxury apartments—‘Sampige’ and ‘Mallige’—by metro-based T3 Urban Development Private Limited, in a simple ceremony held here recently.

The apartment complexes will be built near Parlia Nursing Home, Kaikamba, B C Road, Bantwal, Dakshina Kannada (DK) district.
 


Lawrence Coelho, editor and publisher of Konkani weekly ‘Divvo’, Suzanne L Coelho, chief, English weekly ‘Secular Citizen’, Konkani writer Naveen Kulshekar, and entrepreneur Palguni Rajput were the guests on the occasion.
 
V P Lobo Nirkan, chairman and managing director, T3 Urban Development Private Limited, welcomed the gathering and offered information about the benefits of luxury apartments in the fast developing locality of B C Road.
 
Directors Kamal Rajput, Irene Fernandes, and Stany Lobo honoured the guests.
 
V P Lobo hails from Nirkan parish of Bantwal taluk and has two decades of experience in the field of construction having served as a top officer with Evershine Builders in the metro. 

The proposed twin apartment complexes will be the first such luxurious flats to be built in the locality of B C Road, and are situated beside the Mangalore–Bangalore National Highway 48. 
 
Project manager Stany Lobo proposed the vote of thanks.
