Fri, Oct 25 2019Good decision taken by Deputy Commissioner of Udupi district,G Jagadeesha Sir.These heavy rains with gusting winds were unpredictable and it was for the better for the students who would have gone out in this rains and get drenched . Prevention is better than cure.
