Mumbai, Aug 9: The annual general body meeting of the Konkani Catholic Association (KCA) of Nallasopara was held at St Francis De Sales School auditorium here on Sunday August 9. 

It was chaired by KCA advisor Fr Robert Fernandes.

 
Harry B Coutinho was unanimously elected new president of KCA Nallasopara for a four-year term during the meet.
 
Gracy Pinto, Patrick Fratus, Alwyn Francis D’Souza, Lilly Quadros, Enez D’Souza, Mary Veigas, Violet Moraes, Richard D’Souza, Lavina D’Souza, Leena Pereira, Claude D’Silva, Rohinton, Hilda D’Souza, and Rudolf Fernandes were elected members of the managing committee. 

Leena Lobo and Alexandria Selva Naik were elected members of the KCA committee for death fund. 
 
KCA has been engaged in social service activities by uniting Catholics of both Mangalorean and Goan origin residing in Nallasopara, and extends financial support to students from BPL families so as to educationally empower poor students in the locality.
