Moodbidri: Man slips and falls into lake in Paladka, drowns

Moodbidri, Oct 29: A man died after he slipped and fell into a lake at Janatha Colony in Paladka here on Tuesday, October 29.

The deceased has been identified as Sadanand Acharya (38), a resident of Shirtady. He was on a visit to Kenchibail in Putthige.

It is gathered that, he was walking near the sidewalk of the lake when he fell into it and drowned. 

Sadanand is survived by wife and three children.

A case has been registered at Moodbidri police station.
