Mangaluru: Audio of Konkani film ‘Mangalore to Goa’ to be released on Nov 1

Mangaluru, Oct 30: The audio of upcoming Konkani movie 'Mangalore to Goa' will be released on Friday, November 1 at Golden Jubilee hall, Valencia, informed producer of the movie Melvyn Wilfred Pinto.

Addressing media here on Wednesday, October 30, Melvyn Wilfred Pinto said, " Fr Maxim L Noronha, vicar general Mangaluru diocese, Fr Ronald Prakash D’Souza, director, diocese of Mangaluru, Bollywood stunt director Sunil Rodrigues, Girgit movie director and actor Roopesh Shetty, former president of Konkani Sahitya Academy Roy Castelino, Tulu movie writer and director Vijay Kumar Kodialbail, Walter Nandalike, founder and managing director, Daijiworld media and Vincent Nazareth, managing director of CCN TV will grace the occasion.

Melvyn also said, "’Mangalore to Goa’ was shot across Mangaluru, Udupi, Mudipu, Karwar, Goa and other places. The shooting and dubbing of the movie is completed and is expected to release in January 2020.”

The movie will be released under the banner Rudira Films, produced by Vincent D’Souza and Melwyn Wilfred Pinto. Rons London and Jacintha Fernandes are the co-producers of the movie. Ashuthosh and Chetan from Mumbai are directing it while experienced William Padrengi has written the script and dialogues.

Generation composer fame Patson Periera has worked on this project as music director and background scorer. Well-known Bollywood singer Arman Malik has sung a song in the film.

The cinematography is done by ace cinematographer Prajwal Suvarna who has immense experience in the film industry. Production supervisor Sushan Rai has rendered his service in respective field. Art direction is done by Wilfred Pinto and Marlon D’Sa and the dances have been choreographed by Nishan Mangaluru.

Budding talents Godwin Sparkle and Rencita play the lead roles in the movie while Konkani's well-known comedy duo Dolla Mangaluru and Mellu Valencia are playing prominent roles. Vincent Fernandes Cascia, Richard Valencia, Viraj, Lisa, Sandeep Tellis, Rons London and many artistes from in and around Mangaluru have played significant roles in the movie.

Producer Vincent D’Souza, music director Patson Periera, lead actor Godwin Sparkle and co-producer Rons London were present.
