Kadandale Parari Prakash L Shetty Re-elected as President of Sri Gurudev Seva Balaga

Mumbai, Aug 11: High Court lawyer Kadandale Parari Prakash L Shetty was re-elected unanimously, as the president of the metro-based Sri Gurudev Seva Balaga, Maharashtra, here on Sunday August 9, during its annual general body meeting held at Sri Nityanand auditorium, Sion (East), here. Sri Gurudev Seva Balaga is a social welfare organization of Sri Odiyoor Mutt, located in Dakshina Kannada (DK) district of Karnataka.
Bolnaduguttu Chandrahas Rai (vice president), Petemane Prakash Shetty (honorary chief secretary), Damodar Shetty Navi Mumbai and Divakar Shetty Kurla (joint secretaries), Ravindra Shetty (treasurer) and lawyer R D Suvarna (honorary advisor) were the other elected office bearers of the organization.
Revati Vamayya Shetty was elected as the new president of Sri Vajramata Mahila Vikas Kendra, which is the women’s wing of Sri Gurudev Seva Balaga.
Leela R Hegde Bayandar (vice president), Chitra Raviraj Shetty Kalyan (honorary chief secretary), Kushala R Shetty (joint secretary), Baby Padmanabha Shetty (treasurer) and past president Suhasini S Shetty (honorary advisor) were also elected to various positions of the Kendra on the occasion.
Kushala R Shetty offered prayers at the beginning of annual general body meeting. Sri Gurudevanand Swami of Odiyoor Mutt and Sadhvi Mathanandamayee initiated the annual meeting, by lighting the lamp.
Petemane Prakash Shetty presented the annual report, while internal auditor, chartered accountant Kedarnat Shetty presented the annual accounts.
Sri Gurudevanand Swami, in his message to the gathering, said that the membership for Sri Gurudev Seva Balaga is open for all, regardless of caste, creed, religion and political affiliations, in order to enable people from all walks of life to engage in social welfare activities.
Petemane Prakash Shetty compered the programme.
