Salute to you Sir Puttarama. But I feel dejected to see a traffic cop had to do others duty. I pay tax to government and governments duty to provide good roads. It's not sir Puttaramas job. Traffic police department should question or file case on negligent departments who have failed in duties.

There are plenty of educated peoples working hard and searching job even for 6 to 8000 salaries per month. If they get one day 10000 means even double graduates will come forward to do mud work.
By the way constable should be served for doing otger work in his dutybtime or useing police dress to do mud work. Miss use of dress..

now a days if anyone done the good job, then people wont appreciate instead they try to find out some fault with him & start the blame game. here this police constable try to avoid the accident. but instead of appreciating him you are blaming? why? why cant you blame municipality authority for their inability to do this work?

Police commissioner must ensure that in the future if any police personnel wants to do public service out of their own wish, let them appear in casual dress and also, on a non-duty day.
In view of cash remuneration of Rs. 10,000. - More people (police) may come forward to render public service.
