Bengaluru, Nov 4: KPCC president Dinesh Gundu Rao alleged that the audio of chief minister B S Yediyurappa speaking in core committee meeting about disqualified MLAs was released by BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel. 

Speaking in news conference held in Bengaluru on Monday, November 4, Gundu Rao said that B S Yediyurappa had expressed dissatisfaction over the way national leaders were treating disqualified MLAs. “The audio of that talk was released by Nalin Kumar Kateel,” he said. 

“If it was not leaked by Kateel, then who could do it? How did it reach the hands of Congress leaders?,” he asked BJP.

“Nalin Kumar Kateel has done so to topple the government,” he added. 

“Congress party has already complained to the Governor and President of India over the matter. It has also filed a case in Supreme Court and the bench of Justice Ramana has agreed to take up the matter. It also told the lawyers that the proceedings on the issue will be heard by old bench only,” he said.
