Chief of naval staff Admiral Sureesh Mehta flagged off the Indian navy's sail boat, Mhadei, with Commander Dilip Donde as its skipper, which sailed off from Mumbai on a solo circumnavigation voyage under sails, named ‘Sagar Parikrama’ on Wednesday August 19.
