Parari Shetty Assumes Charge as President of Gurudev Seva Balaga

One should voluntarily opt for social service while those who have become members of any social welfare organization, out of compulsion will not do justice for their posts, said lawyer Kadandale Parari Prakash L Shetty, while assuming the charge as president of Gurudev Seva Balaga – Maharastra unit.

He was speaking at the installation ceremony of Gurudev Seva Balaga, at Swami Nityanand auditorium, Sion (East), here recently. He said that the religious organizations need committed volunteers to find divinity in their humanitarian tasks. The divisions will not occur where the members join in Bhajans very often, he said.
 


He emphasized that Swami Gurudev does not belong to a single community, but is a spiritual leader of all since he is the chosen one among multitude of people. The collective service can assure spiritual bliss, he emphasized.
 
Sri Vajramata Mahila Vikas Kendra – Maharastra unit new president Revati Vamayya Shetty, assumed the charge from past president Suhasini S Shetty, on the ccasion.
 
Seva Balaga honorary chief secretary Petemane Prakash Shetty and treasurer Ravindra Shetty were present on the dais.
 
Joint secretaries Damodar Shetty Navi Mumbai and Divakar Shetty Kurla, joint treasurer Ravindra Shetty, Mahila Vikas Kendra vice-president Leela R Hegde Bayandar, honorary chief secretary Chitra Raviraj Shetty Kallyan, joint secretary Kushala R Shetty and treasurer Baby Padmanabha Shetty among others were present.
