Sirsi, Sep 9:
Federation of Karnataka Christian Associations president Ronald Colaco inaugurated FKCA’s taluk branch office here, recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Ronald Colaco explained the objectives of FKCA. Colaco said that the taluk office of FKCA was set up, in order to provide information of various schemes meant for minority communities by both union and state governments.  The assistance of FKCA is essential to raise voice against the ongoing atrocities on Christians committed by communal forces across the nation, stressed.

Colaco also announced that Christians have liberty to join any political party, while stressing that FKCA will not provide scope for conversion, he said.

FKCA state convener Denis D’Silva said that the FKCA aims to promote brotherhood among various sections of Christians.

By converting what are you going to achieve? Nothing. The body, blood, physique, culture & mind are all origin. We are fooling ourself by converting into another religion.

We should come to the reality that the major religions of the world will remain for ever. All the religious head should preach to their disciples to respect the religion in their region because all the religion in the world teaches that God is the creator of this universe & we all should bow to him, all should be good in their deeds & acts and God will reward to those who follow this.

It was very much encouraging to note representatives from various sections of Christians out there. Mr. Colaco for your kind information, conversions does not require any scope from FKCA. Christianity and conversions co-exist two faces of a single coin. However, it should not come by force or by inducing. Therefore, without anybody’s surface preparation or calculated strategies it determinates its own place in any part of geography as desired by Him.

why are we so committed to conversions. thats what I like about this group. If its to maintain the balance of Christians then I say make more kids and the church should financially support families to have more kids. We then can cut the criticism from parties like the BJP and make Christians more confident in the church
