B'lore: Bearys Global Research Triangle wins ‘Outstanding Concrete Structure Award – 09’

Bangalore, Oct 15: Syed Mohamed Beary, chairman of Bearys Group, has informed that the ‘Bearys Global Research Triangle’(BGRT), Bangalore, has been awarded the ‘Outstanding Concrete Structure Award 2009’ by the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI). This is the highest award in the construction industry in India.


BGRT is India’s first platinum LEED certified Research Park, that has also won CNBC’S ‘Best Office Development, India’ Award - 2009 in Singapore.  This is the only green-field project being built for R&D operations on the lines of ‘Research Triangle Park’ (RTP), North Carolina, USA, he has explained.  It is to the credit of Bearys Group that their flagship project, ‘Bearys Lakeside Habitat’ (hailed as Twin Towers), also had bagged the outstanding structure award in 2007.
