SP, DySP of Udupi, policemen from DK chosen for chief minister's medals

Udupi, Mar 10: Udupi district superintendent of police N Vishnuvardhan, and deputy superintendent of police Jaishankar, has won chief minister's medals, in recognition of their meritorious service to the department.

Head constable of CAR, Varun Alva, Harish Padavinangadi, assistant sub-inspector of city crime branch, Dinesh N C, head constable of Mangaluru (north) station, and K Gopalakrishna, head constable of Kavoor station, have been chosen for the chief minister's medals.

At the same time, Rafiq K M, who was police inspector of Panambur in the past, has been chosen for chief minister's gold medal for the year 2018.

Chief minister's medals are given to police personnel backed by excellent achievements.
