Mumbai, Nov 26: Sacred Heart parish of Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), here, celebrated the solemnity of Christ the King, with great devotion and faith, recently.
Fr Baptist Pais SVD, parish priest of Sacred Heart parish presided over the festal Eucharistic celebrations, along with nearly 41 priests, who arrived to take part in the liturgy, from across the diocese.
More then 4,000 devotees were present during the festal Holy Mass.
Deacon Naveen Rebello delivered the homily, on the festal theme ‘I have come to bear witness to the truth.’ After the Holy Mass, a solemn festive procession was held through the streets of Mahakali Caves Road. The solemnity ended with the benediction to Holy Sacrament.
