Bring out truth in sadhus murder in Bulandshahr: Priyanka

New Delhi, Apr 28 (IANS): Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has lashed out at the Uttar Pradesh government for deteriorating law and order situation, rise of crime and murder of two saints in Bulandshahr on Tuesday.

She said, "Today in Bulandshahr, two sadhus were murdered while they were sleeping. The truth must come out after investigation in this heinous crime and at this stage no body should politicize this issue."

"In UP before April 15, about 100 people have been murdered. Three days back in Etah, five of a Pachauri family have been killed so mysteriously that no body knew what has happened," she added.

She urged the UP government for thorough and fair investigation to bring out the truth behind the murders as it is the state government's responsibility.

Two sadhus were found murdered inside a Shiva temple at Pagona village of Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday.

The murder came to light when people reached the temple on Tuesday morning and saw the blood-soaked bodies. According to reports, the deceased have been identified as Jagandas (55), and Sevadas (35).

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the incident and directed the district officials to reach the site of crime and inform him of the investigations. He has also ordered strict action against the accused.

    This barbaric acts at Phalghar and Bulandshahr are condemnable. Culprits need to be brought to the book. At the same time anybody giving political or communal colour without proof are more dangerous as their intentions are to incite tensions which may result in more deaths. They need to be punished equally.

    However the big question is whether proper investigations will be carried out? Investigations depend on the directions of their political masters and hence doubtful to be fair.

    Ha Ha Ha Republic TV. Who watches. The best analysis is from Ravish Kumar and Prannoy Roy and the NDTV, only news channel tat is unbaised and who asks the right questions, more importantly to the RIGHT people. Motor Mouth nd d supreme judge of the Kangaroo courts must be prosecuted. 12 hours interrogtaion started at 9 am and he did not allow mumbai police to ask anytjing thinking it as his 9pm debate. Disgrace to the very essence of Journalism. None, i repeat None of the channels have covered his adventure. Go well all.

    Who blamed Sonia Gandhi for Palghar incident?
    As per my knowledge, Arnob CowSwamy was screaming "Why Sonia Gandhi is silent on Palghar. India want to know"

    Also, for your info, over 100 people have been arrested in Palghar case & many of them are BJP members.
