When something affects our people or our community, then we want laws like Saudi Arabia. Otherwise we want democracy. Unfortunately this is our human nature.

Every suspect is an innocent until proved guilty. One should be given chance to prove his innocence unless otherwise he was caught red handed with two or more witnesses. Ours is a democratic country and it is a best system of administration in the world. Mr. Ramesh Shetty, I too stand by your views - ie. death is the punishment for a crime of death. Unfortunately, it is very remote happening in our country.

Ramesh Shetty, Yes, you right in expressing your displeasure with our present law and order situation. There has to be some control point for the crimes in th country by some strict rules. Mr.Ismail, if the USA acknowledges our system, it does not mean that we should ignore the loopholes in our system. There are plenty.... If there is some constitutional changes into the system, definitely the crimes will come down in the country. And we will not see criminals commit the same crimes as hobby or business. You need to feel the pain of the victim who got killed in the hands of criminals.

Why police or Indian laws cover their face while publishing? Media and new paper should be allowed to show their dirty face to the public, so that we can always watch and inform to relevant department in the future.... common India or Karnataka.. Change the law...same thing happened in Bombay... our IPS officers attending don's party and making money and killing people.... I think public is quite these days.. We need good local leader who go against those corrupt people and raise a voice.. We are there…

In Saudi Arabia and other gulf countries, there is no chance for one man can make two murders, coz according to the their law if one commits murder he will get life punishment. We need the same law in India. Then no one will dare to do murders
